Update of Teachers Profile for New License Card Issuance

The National Teaching Council (NTC) of Ghana is conducting a process for the issuance of new license cards to teachers across the country.
As part of this initiative, all teachers are required to log in to their accounts on the Teacher Portal Ghana to update their profiles with specific details about the subjects they teach, as well as provide the necessary proof of certification.
This update is essential for the accurate issuance of teachers’ new license cards, and it is imperative that all educators participate. The following steps outline how teachers can update their profiles on the portal:
Steps to Update Your Profile:
- Log in to the Teacher Portal: Visit https://tpg.ntc.gov.gh/account/login/teacher and log in using your username and password.
- Access Your Profile: Once logged in, click on the ‘Profile‘ section.
- Update Public Teacher Information: Scroll down to the ‘Public Teacher Information‘ section on your profile page. Here, you will need to provide information about your role class.
- Attach Proof of Role Class: After clicking on the ‘Role Class Level,’ provide your role class information and upload the required proof of certification.
- Select Major Subject and Upload Certification: Once the Role Class Level is saved, a new field will appear for you to select your ‘Major Subject.’ Choose your subject specialization and upload your certification as proof.
- Save Your Changes: After completing all the required fields, click ‘Save‘ to finalize the update.
By following these steps and ensuring that your profile is up-to-date, you will play a key role in the accurate processing of your new license card.
