GES begins Self Assessment for Teachers nationwide
The purpose of the Skills Assessment is to inform learning and development initiatives only. It should be noted that this process is separate from the performance management process and that the outputs and benefits of a Skills Assessment focuses on improved talent planning, career pathing and focused upskilling.
It is against this backdrop that all employees are encouraged to complete the Skills Assessment survey honestly and accurately.
All participants will be given an opportunity to complete the survey from 15 April 2024 to 22 May 2024. For any technical support and enquiry, please speak to your Director, your Change Champion or contact us at: ebenezer.ocansey@ges.gov.gh or za_pwc_survey_support@pwc.com.
