35-Year-Old Teacher Found Dead in His Room at Akyem Anweam
Teacher Atinka Joseph, 35, has been found dead in his residence at Akyem Anweam in the Kwaebibirem Municipality of the Eastern Region, leaving residents and members of the education community in shock.
The deceased, identified as Atinka Joseph, was a teacher at Anweam Roman Catholic (R/C) Primary School.
According to reports, Joseph was found dead in his residence on Monday, June 8, 2026. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear.
Family members and residents are said to have become concerned after they were unable to reach him, leading to the discovery of his lifeless body in his room.
The incident has left colleagues, pupils, and members of the Anweam community devastated, as many remember him as a dedicated teacher who contributed significantly to the education of children in the area.
