Outsider Storms Obuasi Sec Tech Boys’ Dormitory, Assaults Students

An unidentified outsider reportedly stormed the boys’ dormitory at Obuasi Senior High Technical School (Obuasi Sec Tech) and physically assaulted some students for reasons yet to be uncovered.
According to eyewitness accounts, the incident, which has since sparked widespread concern, saw the intruder slap several students before leaving the premises. The motive behind the assault remains unclear, leaving students, parents, and school authorities in shock.
One student who spoke under anonymity described the moment as terrifying. “We were in the dormitory when this man came in unexpectedly and started slapping some of us. We don’t know why he did that,” the student recounted.
The security breach has raised serious concerns about the safety of students on campus, with many questioning how an outsider was able to gain access to the dormitory — a place expected to be a safe space for students.
