Teachers Fund Loan Processing, Mobile App and Portal Back Online After Technical Issue Resolved

Members of the Teachers Fund can now access all services after the organization announced the successful resolution of a technical issue that had temporarily affected its operations.
In a service restoration notice issued on June 8, 2026, the Teachers Fund informed its members that the technical challenge had been fully addressed, paving the way for the resumption of normal operations across its service platforms.
According to the notice, all key services, including loan processing, member support services, the web portal, and the Teachers Fund Mobile App, have been fully restored and are now functioning normally.
The Fund expressed appreciation to its members for their patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the period of disruption, acknowledging the inconvenience caused by the temporary outage.

“We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation during the period of disruption,” the statement noted.
The management of the Fund also apologized for any inconvenience members may have experienced and thanked them for their continued trust and confidence in the institution.

The announcement is expected to bring relief to teachers and other members who rely on the Fund’s digital platforms and loan services for their financial and welfare needs.
