A metal scraps dealer neatly dressed in FC Barcelona Jersey has been caught for stealing several metal plates on which GPS digital addresses have been inscribed on from buildings.
According to an eyewitness who took the footage, the lawbreaker removed the metal plates with the intention to sell it for money because of the hardship in the country.

The video shows that the victim has removed the GPS metal plates and put them inside a sack he is carrying.
