How to register MTN MoMo merchant SIM online
1. On your computer or phone, open the merchant registration portal by clicking here.
2. Read through the terms and conditions and then accept to proceed.
3. If you are a first-time user, select SIGN UP.
4. Enter your phone number. An OTP code will be sent to your phone number via SMS for confirmation.
5. After confirming the OTP code, you will be asked to create a username and password. And also answer a security question.
6. Once you are done creating the account, you will login to start the process.
7. After you’ve logged in to the dashboard, Click on the Request SIM on the dashboard.
8. Select merchant (Momo pay).
9. Now, you will be redirected to the “Registration form” whereby you will be required to fill in the spaces. You will be required to provide these details, your business details (Registered Business Name, Trade No./Business Registration No, Tax Number, Trade Name, Type of Business).
10. You will be required to upload a copy of your business certificate and Form A or business operating permit.
11. Select “Yes” if you already have a MoMo Merchant account, If you don’t have one, select “No“.
12. After that click on Next to continue.
13. Now, follow the prompt and answer them carefully to successfully request for a merchant SIM.
