G/A: Impact Africa Charity Foundation donates to Chorkor Community

The Impact Africa Charity Foundation is a Pan African youth oriented network of professionals, students, and volunteers who have come together to help the vulnerable and destitute in our communities. The foundation was founded by David Kankam who has over ten years of diverse industry experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. He is a young philanthropist. David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, CIM-UK. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management (MBA-Marketing) from the London School of International Business–LSIB as well as Advanced Diploma in Business Management also from the Institute of Commercial Management,ICM-UK .

He also has a certificate in Project management from Leumas Training Institute.

David Kankam has been actively involved in youth activism, community and social works for half a decade by mobilizing his peers and dedicated volunteers to impact lives and provide support for the vulnerable and under privileged deprived communities. The main mission of the foundation is to strive for a society where the dignity of the human person is protected, where adults and children enjoy the right to life and liberty, and where citizens are free from torture and terror. They are all about education sponsorship for children, vocational and skills training unemployed youth, health screening and emergency intervention for rural and urban slums, sustainable youth development projects, child abuse prevention awareness campaign, donation of food and other emergency relief items to vulnerable and displaced persons, and disability advocacy. 

The Foundation embarks on the ‘Chorkor Support Project’ on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at exactly 7:00am prompt to help the destitute residents of Chorkor in Accra with the theme; Hope For Chorkor Youth. Some of the items they seek to donate are clothes, foods, drinks, Menstrual poverty support and education, and free medical screening.

The program outline for the project are as follows; 

1.Health Screening

2.Food For 2000 Less Privileged

3.Mentorship & menstrual poverty education 

4.Clothes Donation

5.Free Barbering

The foundation is reaching out to NGOs, individuals, and volunteers to come to their aid in order to make the project a success.
