Senior High School students seen drinking whiles in uniform

As shown in a recent video, Ghanaians are worried about the increased indiscipline among students in schools from Junior High School (JHS) to higher levels.

The video depicts a bunch of underage female Senior High School students who are underage drinking adonko and Smirnoff in a bar while wearing blue uniforms.

It is concerning that they choose to indulge in such activity while still in school, putting aside their schoolwork and their duties to their fellow classmates.

It is worrisome looking at the current series of happenings in our schools: students insulting the president of the state, the KNUST suicide, the violent incident at Adisadel College, and now this. Authorities should work assiduously to curtail these occurrences before they escalate.
