One suspect has been taken into custody by the police in connection with the killing of a 28-year-old male on August 25, 2023, in Ayiem, Western Region.
According to preliminary evidence, Emmanuel Quayco, along with five other alleged accomplices who are currently on the run, were about to demonstrate the strength of their purported spiritual abilities when he shot and killed Amoh Kwadwo alias Mallam with a single-barrel gun that was loaded with an AA cartridge.

While efforts are being made to apprehend the other five suspects, the suspect is currently being held by police in their custody to assist with the investigation.
They are warned to report to the any local police station or risk having themselves being searched for at their hiding places.
