MTN Ghana sends urgent notice to customers nationwide

Mobile Telecommunication Network (MTN) in a statement has sent a public notice to all valued customers/subscribers nationwide informing them about their plans to upgrade their systems to improve customer service/experience.

MTN has said their Mobile Money (MoMo) services will not be available until 6am of March 12, 2023.

In a statement which read, “MTN will be undertaking a planned systems upgrade to improve customer experience. As a result, Mobile Money services will not be accessible from 10pm, Saturday, 11/03/2023 to 5am, Sunday, 12/03/2023. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause”.
