Business magnate, CEO of Engineers and Planners, and noted philanthropist, Ibrahim Mahama, has reportedly extended a compassionate hand to Suzzy Pinnamang, the SDA Senior High School student who was tragically shot in the face by a fellow student.
The businessman’s intervention comes in the wake of a widely circulated video showing Suzzy’s heartbreaking appeal for help and her visibly worsening condition.
Disturbed by the footage, Mr. Mahama has instructed that the young student be urgently flown to Accra for advanced medical care at the renowned Dr. Agarwals Eye Clinic, which specializes in ophthalmology.
Beyond this immediate assistance, Mr. Mahama has pledged to fully fund Suzzy’s medical treatment and related travel expenses. He further assured that if specialists determine she requires surgery or continued care abroad, all associated costs will be covered under his sponsorship.
This act of kindness is in keeping with Mr. Mahama’s longstanding reputation as a serial philanthropist, often stepping in to support vulnerable individuals in times of crisis. His gesture has been met with widespread praise and is expected to significantly improve Suzzy’s chances of recovery.
