Despite sending her going to school, Augustine Kofi Poku, a Ghanaian man, is burned with acid by his ex-girlfriend’s lover.
In an interview with GHPage TV, he disclosed this and said that he provided the young woman with financial support.
They were reportedly classmates in secondary school, but she left because of problems with her father, who then ceased to support her education.
He had the honour of going to Dubai after school, where he earned some money and started supporting her to finish her degree.

She continued to cheat on him in spite of his sacrifices, which finally caused them to split up.
She apologised, and they reconciled; nevertheless, a few days prior to his departure from Ghana, she had stolen his passport in order to stop him from travelling.
She insisted that it was because of their dispute and her desire for him to return home without resolving their differences.
Just a few days before his departure, once everything was finalised, she dispatched her lover to his house dressed as a cab driver, who doused the young guy in acid.
