The Ghana Education Service (GES) has started teaching staff members on how to use the Smart Workplace system in an effort to embrace digitalization and increase productivity.
An intranet and collaboration tool called the Smart Workplace system will increase output and effectiveness.
Additionally, the Smart Workplace will promote improved employee happiness and staff collaboration.

For the purpose of assisting all staff members in becoming comfortable with the use of the virtual workplace, the training session has begun at the headquarters and will continue at the regional and district levels.
