The Computerised Schools Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) Secretariat has opened the SHS/TVI portal (https://hm.cssps.gov.gh) for Heads of Senior High Schools (SHS) and Technical Vocational Training Institutions (TVIs).
This portal allows school heads to access key placement information for students entering their institutions.
This specialized platform is a subdomain of the broader CSSPS portal (https://cssps.gov.gh), which is typically used by students who sat for the 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) to check which government second-cycle school they were placed in.
However, as of now, the CSSPS student placement portal remains offline, with expectations that it will go live by the end of October 2024.

The SHS/TVI portal (https://hm.cssps.gov.gh) was first introduced in 2022 after the Secretariat phased out the previous platform, https://cssps.org, which was used to check second-cycle school placements.
School heads can now log in using their school codes and passwords to view and print lists of BECE graduates placed in their institutions.
This move streamlines the process of managing student placements at the school level, ensuring that SHS and TVI administrators can handle admissions more efficiently as they prepare for the new academic year.
