Woso, which literally means “shake,” is a unique dancing competition similar to Atinka Television’s DiAsa. Plus size dancers must be in a group of three for the Woso reality program, which means choreography and other group dance will be displayed.
The organizer wants to put dancers on a specific diet so that they can shed a lot of weight after the season is over. The ultimate prize includes a cash prize of Ghc 50,000 as well as three land plots. It will be up to the champions to decide where the land will be located.
The second group receives Ghc 30,000 in cash and three pieces of land following the tournament. Third place will also win a Ghc 15000 prize as well as three plots of land.
During the season 2 auditions in Damongo by Angel Fm/Tv, a contestant was asked the capital of Ghana which she had the answer correct, but the answer to the question that followed is what has raised eyebrows and got people laughing. She was then asked to spell ‘Accra’ but she couldn’t.
