- Service Record: The candidate should have a satisfactory work history, demonstrating good conduct within the GES.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assume a range of responsibilities aimed at coordinating and enhancing Girls’ Education initiatives throughout the Ashanti Region. Key duties include:
- Coordination: Overseeing the activities of District Girls’ Education Officers in the region.
- Training Programs: Organizing training sessions to equip Girls’ Education Officers with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitoring: Ensuring that the activities and programs related to Girls’ Education are effectively implemented and monitored.
- Collaboration: Working closely with development partners and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to advance Girls’ Education initiatives.
- Reporting: Compiling and submitting detailed reports on the progress and challenges of Girls’ Education programs to the Regional Director.
