Unverified reports suggest Twene Jonas was fatally shot by unknown gunmen in New York

A mysterious group is accused of shooting and killing Twene Jonas, a Ghanaian social media commentator based in the US, in New York City.

The loud socialite was declared deceased by a TikTok user going by the moniker Nana Agyemang. She has a reputation for harshly criticising famous Ghanaian public personalities, such as pastors, politicians, and entertainers.

According to the account’s anonymous operator, who posted a video paying tribute to Twene Jonas, the internet personality was murdered on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.

It is believed that Jonas may have been a target for murder due to his frequent criticism of famous Ghanaians, and a hit has now been made on him.

Yet given his track record of disseminating false information about famous people that drives people insane, this rumour monger cannot be trusted with this knowledge.

Given that he was allegedly attacked shortly after airing one of his rants on Facebook a day ago, the information is still unverified.
