Three school children have been burnt beyond recognition after vehicle caught fire [VIDEO]
Three school children from the Beginners Education Complex in the Ashanti Region’s Amansie Central were fatally burned after a 207-bus caught fire.
On Tuesday, June 13, at around 4 PM, the incident happened at Huu.
After their bus broke down, six schoolchildren boarded the 207-passenger bus at Huu.
When the car caught fire, they were traveling to Edwenase. On board, some passengers were able to get away. Out of the six students, three became trapped inside the bus and perished from burn injuries.

“We just noticed the bus on fire, and because the bus was carrying some petroleum items, the flames grew more intense in a short period of time.
“We worked together to rescue every passenger on board, but three of the children were lost. All of the kids go to school at Huu, but they are all from Edwenase, according to Francis Osei, an eyewitness, who was there.
The deceased were between the ages of 5 and 7.
