Teachers fund update its members on invalidation of passcodes on mobile app and web portal

Management of teachers fund on Monday, May 27, 2024, have released a statement signed by Chief Operations Officer for the Chief Executive Officer notifying members of the fund on the invalidation of passcodes in congruence with its mobile app and the web portal.

In the statement, it read “The Teachers’ Fund wishes to inform its valued members that any passcodes currently circulating on some GNAT WhatsApp platforms for registration onto our various digital platforms have been invalidated.

This decision has been made to ensure the integrity and security of our systems during the pilot phase of our digital services.

As part of our commitment to providing innovative and convenient services, we have introduced 2 out of 3 digital platforms – a mobile app and a web portal.

These platforms are currently being piloted, and their usage is being controlled to allow us to identify and resolve any initial challenges. Therefore, they are not yet fully accessible to all members of the Fund.

We understand the anticipation and excitement around these new services and appreciate your patience as we work diligently to ensure a seamless and secure experience for all users. Once we resolve all teething challenges, we will officially grant full access to all members. We advise all members to disregard any unauthorized passcodes they may have received and to await further communication from the Teachers’ Fund regarding the official rollout of the platforms and proper registration procedures.”
