Teachers’ Fund Experiences Technical Issues with Mobile App and Web Portal
The Teachers’ Fund has issued an urgent notice to all its members, informing them of a technical issue currently affecting both the Mobile App and the Web Portal.
According to the announcement, the problem has specifically impacted the login and member management modules, causing disruptions in user access and functionality.
In the notice, the Fund’s Chief Operations Officer, representing the Chief Executive Officer, has assured members that their team of developers is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Members are urged to refrain from resetting their PINs or making any changes to their account details during this period, as such actions could interfere with the resolution process.
