A pastor of Christ Apostolic Church and seven (7) members have been crushed to death by a bus belonging to University of Education at Ajumako Techiman which is in the Ajumako/Enyan/Essiam District, and is one of the twenty-two (22) districts in Central Region.
The incident occurred when they were returning from church and the pastor met his untimely death. They were in a tricycle popularly known in Ghanaian parlance as keke or pragya.
The remaining six together with the driver of the bus sustained various degrees of injury and are said to be receiving treatment at the Ajumako Government Hospital.
The District Police station has opened stern investigations concerning the issue after it was reported. The body of the deceased has been deposited at the Saltpond Hospital Mortuary.
