New Steps for Changing Number on the CAGD E-payslip Portal
Employees can now update their mobile phone numbers on the E-payslip system according to a protocol adjustment made by the Controller and Accountant General Department (CAGD).
The procedure for changing a person’s cellphone number via the E-payslip portal was detailed by CAGD.
Users should be aware that the procedures for changing numbers have changed as a result of changes to the E-payslip interface.
The previous methods won’t work anymore. Because of this, CAGD has said that every request from an employee managed by the department and the compensation account is subject to the new process described below, whether it be a phone number change or the termination of an E-payslip user account;

- Provide a copy of both the SSNIT card and the Ghana card.
- Send these files to the CAGD Regional Office so that they can be forwarded to the Treasury Headquarters.
To terminate your E-payslip account, one has to;
- Compose a letter and include a letter from your HR department or head of department (HoD).
- Provide a copy of both the SSNIT card and the Ghana card.
- Send these documents to the CAGD Regional Office for onward submission to the Treasury Headquarters
