Graduate of Kwabenya Community Day SHS drowns attempting to cross the Nsakina River at Pokuase-Faase

Richmond Osae, a 23-year-old graduate of Kwabenya Community Day Senior High School, drowned on Monday, May 13, 2024, while attempting to cross the Nsakina River at Pokuase-Faase in the Ga West Municipality while the river was at high volume following heavy rainfall that day.

Tragically, he was swept away to Pokuase-Abensu, where residents and police officers retrieved his lifeless body the next day.
