GNAT IRIRS Launches Online Certificate Programmes for Teachers and Professionals

The GNAT Institute for Research and Industrial Relations Studies (GNAT IRIRS), under its Division of Continuous Professional Development (DCPD), has announced the launch of its 3-week Intensive Online Certificate Programmes, scheduled to begin on Monday, 23rd June 2025.
The programme is part of GNAT’s broader commitment to empowering members and other professionals with relevant knowledge and skills through flexible and affordable learning opportunities. Participants will benefit from live virtual lectures held from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm GMT, delivered via an online platform based on scheduled timetables.
The courses are open to both GNAT members and non-members, with differentiated fees to accommodate all interested individuals. GNAT members will pay GHC 450.00, while non-members will be required to pay GHC 800.00 per programme.

1. Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Management.
2. Certificate in Leadership and Governance.
3. Certificate in Emotional Intelligence in Transformational Leadership and Management.
4. Certificate in Strategic Planning and Management.
5. Certificate in Educational Policy Studies and Analysis .
