According to the directive, applicants are to attach two (2) copies each of the following supporting documents to their applications:

  2. Appointment letter as Head/Form Master
  3. Current promotion or upgrading letter
  4. Current payslip

In addition, staff at the Senior High School (SHS) level must attach a cover letter from their Headmaster to validate their applications.

The deadline for submission is Tuesday, 23rd September 2025, and staff are encouraged to comply promptly to avoid missing out.

Meanwhile, staff who previously received the allowance but have since been reassigned to roles that do not attract responsibility allowance are also expected to apply for the termination of the benefit. Such applications must be accompanied by the applicant’s current payslip and the appointment letter for the new schedule.

The GES emphasizes that these processes are in the best interest of staff to ensure proper records and payments.
