Eight-year relationship ends after fiancé lost money intended for wedding on betting
An eight-year relationship ended after the man used the funds intended for his wedding preparations to place a wager.
The ex-fiancee of the man shared her story on an internet dating site about how her engagement was broken because of her fiancé’s actions.
The woman claimed that although she had always been aware of her boyfriend’s gambling addiction, she had believed he would improve.

She said that she was forced to call off the wedding because he utilised the funds allotted for wedding preparation to place a losing virtual wager.
The lady wrote:
“Gambling and betting actually ended my relationship of 8 years, when we were about getting married.
I am a lady, I was thinking he would change, he plays the betting they call virtual “baby”, the money meant for the wedding preparation he wasted it in that game, I had to cancel the wedding.”
