Viewer Discretion Advised: 34 year old man arrested for bathing girlfriend with Acid
A 34-year old man popularly known in Kasoa as Akakpo has bathed his girlfriend named Comfort Tetteh with acid claiming she is cheating on him. The incident happened in Bawjiase in the Central Region of Ghana.
According to sources, the man and the lady have been cohabiting for some time now and the lady wanted the man to take her to the altar but her request fell on deaf ears. After Akakpo refusing her request, he was going through the lady’s phone and tracing every call the lady had made any time he visited her at Bawjiase.

He called one phone number on the lady’s phone and realized it was a male which resulted in a heated argument between them and the man poured the acid on her. He has since then been on the run for a year now evading coming into contact with the police. The police had a tip-off yesterday that he was driving towards Kasoa.
