Two St. Louis SHS Students Caught Hiding in Car Trunk in Foiled Breakout Attempt

In a dramatic turn of events at the St. Louis Senior High School in Kumasi, two students were discovered hiding in the trunk of a private vehicle in an apparent attempt to break bounds.
The incident unfolded during a routine security inspection on campus when school authorities intercepted a car suspected of making a suspicious exit. The vehicle, which had earlier claimed to be on campus for a Bolt passenger pickup, was stopped and subjected to a random search as it attempted to leave the premises without any passenger onboard.
According to school sources, the security personnel were not convinced by the driver’s explanation and proceeded with a thorough search of the car. It was during this inspection that the two female students were shockingly found concealed in the trunk of the vehicle.

The bold attempt has sparked concern among staff and parents, raising questions about the lengths to which some students may go to evade school regulations. Authorities at St. Louis SHS have launched internal investigations into the matter and are expected to take disciplinary action in accordance with the school’s code of conduct.
This incident serves as a reminder of the critical role school security measures play in ensuring student safety and discipline. It also highlights the need for increased vigilance and counseling to address underlying issues that may lead students to engage in such risky behaviour.
