For concerns about the ongoing school placement process, parents and guardians have been reminded that each District Education Office and Regional Education Office in the nation acts as a Placement Resolution Center.
According to education authorities, officers stationed at these centres are available to provide direct support to anyone facing challenges with placement. The designated officials include:
- The Public Relations Officer (PRO)
- The Examination Officer
- The Free SHS Coordinator

This means that candidates and parents do not need to travel to Accra to resolve their concerns. Instead, they can simply walk into their nearest District or Regional Education Office for assistance.
While the National Resolution Centre is located at GNAT Hall in Accra, the Ministry of Education has assured the public that all regional and district offices are fully equipped to address placement challenges promptly and effectively.
Candidates or guardians experiencing difficulties with their placement are therefore encouraged to visit the closest office for immediate support, rather than incurring the cost and stress of travelling to the capital.
This initiative is aimed at ensuring a smooth and accessible placement process for all.
