How to edit your details on the GES promotion portal
Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) released a letter with reference number; GES/HR/PR19/24/02, dated February 19, 2024, inviting applications for promotion to the ranks of Principal superintendent, Assistant Director II, Assistant Director I, and Deputy Director.
Some applicants have raised concerns about making mistakes in their applications. We have made the necessary procedures one can follow to edit his or her application on the GES promotion portal.
Follow the steps below:

• Login to the portal and click on Apply for promotion
• Select Access as Teaching Staff or Access as Non-Teaching Staff
• Click on Access an existing application
• Then you enter Application code
• Click on view Submitted form/Continue filling form
• It will take you to where you reached previously
• Click on review and edit submitted form
• It will take you back to where you want to edit and make the necessary correction.
• When you are done, resubmit the forms. You will receive another message on your.
Toll free 0800900101 or message GES (GES.GOV.GH) if the issue still persist.
Note: Without the application code, you cannot edit.
