Ghanaian teacher being innovative in the classroom goes viral [video]

A Ghanaian female teacher has gone viral in a video that has circulated on the internet following her innovative and effective approach towards solving simple arithmetic problems in numeracy during an instructional session.

The female teacher whose name is unknown is seen in the video guiding a learner on how to find the answer to a four plus three (4+3) question.

With the Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) the teacher had made available together with her guidance, the learner was able to find the correct answer to the question, that is seven (7), and proceeded to identify the number of the answer he got from a group of numbers the teacher had placed on a table.

Afterwards, the teacher motivated the learner by giving him a hug.

This shows clearly that with the right support from the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the Ghana Education Service (GES), Ghanaian teachers are all ready to make the education sector a better one.
