GES Authorizes Exp Ghana to Implement Behavioural Change Programme in Selected Districts
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially granted permission to Exp Ghana to conduct a Behavioural Change Campaign across selected districts in the Savannah Region for the 2026 calendar year.
According to an official letter dated 12th February 2026 from the Savannah Regional Education Directorate, the campaign will be implemented in the Bole District, West Gonja Municipal, and Central Gonja District.
The letter, signed by the Savannah Regional Director of Education, Bright Lawoe, authorizes Exp Ghana to roll out the initiative in schools within the selected areas as part of efforts to improve hygiene practices among students.
Exp Ghana is described as an experiential marketing and action agency that specializes in designing and executing brand experiences through behavioural change strategies. The organization has reportedly managed social mission interventions in basic schools across all regions of Ghana for Unilever Ghana Limited over the past 13 years.

The primary objective of the campaign is to educate students on the importance of good hygienic practices. Specifically, the initiative will promote the habit of brushing teeth twice daily; morning and night to help improve student health and wellbeing.
GES has also directed all District and Municipal Directors of Education within the selected areas to cooperate fully with Exp Ghana Limited to ensure the successful implementation of the campaign in schools.
Copies of the authorization letter were forwarded to the District Director for Bole, the District Director for Central Gonja, and the Municipal Director for West Gonja to facilitate coordination and support at the local level.
The campaign forms part of broader efforts to strengthen health education among school children and reinforce preventive health behaviours in basic schools across Ghana.
