2025 NOV/DEC Registration Fees Announced by WAEC

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the registration fees for the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination for Private Candidates, commonly known as NOV/DEC.

Below is a detailed breakdown of the fees based on the number of subjects a candidate wishes to register:

Additional Fees for Practical, Oral, and Project Work:

Candidates offering subjects that include oral, practical, or project work components are to pay additional fees as follows:

  • GH¢92.00 per subject for Practical Test or ICT
  • GH¢92.00 per subject for Project Work
  • GH¢88.00 per subject for Oral (English, Arabic, and French)

Correction of Entries:

WAEC has also announced charges for correcting entries during the normal registration period:

  • GH¢100.00 plus any applicable practical/project/oral fee for standard corrections.
  • GH¢200.00 for changes involving Centre, Subject Substitution, Name, Date of Birth, Address, or Photograph.
  • Adding a new subject will attract the full subject fee as specified above.
