2023 GES Detailed Right to Information (RTI) Manual [Download]

This Right to Information (RTI) Manual complies with the standards of the recently passed Act (Act 989) after being approved by Ghana’s President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

The Act establishes the conditions and limitations for getting access to official information held by governmental organisations, giving legal effect to the right to information guaranteed by Article 21 (1) (f) of the Constitution.
