Proof of George Asare and Bugri Naabu conspiring to remove the IGP leaks [video]
In relation to George Asare and Bugri Naabu plot to remove Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, the current Inspector General of Police (IGP), a fresh development has come to light.
An earlier audio recording of their private chat appeared on social media, prompting a commission to look into the situation.
In the recent days, Commissioner Mensah, who is currently on leave before retiring, informed them that the audio was produced on IGP Dampare’s orders, according to reliable sources.
He advised the committee that since the IGP had the complete audio exchange, they should get in touch with him if they required it.

When Chief Bugri Naabu, another witness before the committee, was asked if a video of their meeting existed, he said that he couldn’t say.
However, a video of their aforementioned conversation has surfaced on social media.
In the video, George L. Asare is seen hatching plans to depose IGP Dampare and install a new leader as head of the Ghana Police Service.
The committee has not yet completed its research and made its conclusions available to the public.
