The Management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) as at yesterday, Monday, July 25, 2022 released an official letter with reference number-CAD/PRESS/21/04, signed by Armstrong Esaah-Director of Corporate Affairs, informing the general public about the release of One Hundred and Twenty-Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine (127,999) registration pin codes for eligible Ghanaian final year students from all accredited tertiary institutions throughout the country to enable them enroll to do their mandatory national service for the 2022/2023 service year.
The Secretariat is urging all prospective personnel to access their PIN codes from Monday, July 25, 2022 with their respective Index numbers or School IDs and Date of Birth on the Scheme’s website; www.nss.gov.gh and then proceed to any Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) Ltd. Nationwide to make a payment of GH₵40.00.

However, to prevent overcrowding at the various banks due the Covid-19 pandemic and other diseases outbreak like the Monkey pox and the Marburg virus, the Scheme is suggesting that prospective service personnel use MTN Momo as an alternative method for the transaction. Individuals using MTN Momo will have to pay GH₵41.00.
Management directs all prospective National Service Personnel to complete their enrollment by Monday, August 8, 2022.
