The headmaster of Mante D/A Basic School, a public institution that recently gained national attention following its refurbishment by popular American YouTuber MrBeast, has raised serious concerns over what he describes as unfair treatment by the Ghana Education Service (GES).
According to the embattled school head, his troubles began shortly after work commenced on the high-profile renovation project. He claims he was abruptly demoted from the rank of Assistant Director II to Principal Superintendent without any official explanation, a move that has also led to a reduction in his salary.
The headmaster expressed deep frustration over the situation, stating that several attempts to seek clarification from GES officials have yielded no response. Despite formally reaching out through the appropriate channels, he says his concerns have been ignored, leaving him in a state of uncertainty and professional distress.
