In the Suame Municipality of the Ashanti Region at Kronum-Kwapra, a 24-year-old student was fatally stabbed by his companion.
This comes after an altercation over a missing T-shirt.
A second-year student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology named Lambert Frimpong, who passed away, was charged with stealing the clothing; he vigorously rejected the charge.

On Saturday, August 5, 2023, Lambert was stabbed with a knife as a result of an argument and misunderstanding regarding the missing T-shirt.
He was transported to the hospital and later pronounced dead. The Komfo Anokye Morgue now houses the deceased’s body.
The culprit is on the run; therefore, the police have started looking for him in the interim.
