Felix Afena Ohene-Gyan at Roma’s player introduction for the season enters with ‘On God’ by Shatta Wale
Felix Afena Ohene-Gyan who was born on January 19, 2003 is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Serie A club AS Roma currently managed by José Mourinho (The special one) and the Ghana national team (the black stars).
Prior to the start of the 2022/2023 season which begins on Saturday August 13, 2022, AS Roma did introduction of players for the season which saw the Ghanaian young talent, Felix Afena Gyan, coming on to the field with a soundtrack from Ghana’s dancehall king, shatta wale, titled ‘On God’.
A whole lotta people believe that the player is a die-hard Shatta fan, hence his choice of music.
AS Roma won the Uefa Conference league, and finished 6th on the table in the Serie A last season. They’ve done some good business in the transfer window this summer signing the likes of Paulo Dybala from rivals Juventus, and Georginio Gregion Emile Wijnaldum on loan from Paris Saint Germain (PSG) with hope of winning laurels this upcoming season.
