Father Blasts School for Giving Homework to Two-Year-Old Daughter

A concerned father has sparked widespread debate on social media after criticizing his two-year-old daughter’s school for giving her an assignment when she has not yet started speaking.

In a viral video, the man expressed shock and frustration that a school would hand out homework to a toddler, especially on just the second day after resumption. He argued that such expectations were unreasonable and revealed that he had already decided to withdraw his daughter from the school.

According to him, the decision to enroll the child was never about academic work but simply to keep her engaged during the day so the family could have some rest at home. “How can you give an assignment to a child who can’t even talk? Who is supposed to do the homework?” he asked angrily.

The father further lamented that after working hard to earn a salary and paying school fees, it was unfair for him to still be burdened with completing homework on behalf of a two-year-old. He insisted that the practice did not make sense and called on the school authorities to refund the money he had paid.

He concluded his statement with a strong message to the school’s proprietor, making it clear that his daughter would not be returning.

The video has since gone viral, igniting conversations about the appropriateness of giving assignments to toddlers and the true purpose of early childhood education.
