Do you live everyday as a child of God to the glory of God?
God is a merciful God, and He desires for us to constantly be under His protection so that He may keep us safe from the devil’s schemes. When we sin, we open a rift between Him and us because He despises sin and that separates us. How do you live each day as a child of God for God’s glory? Let’s quickly review how a child of God should live each day to reflect God’s glory.
1. After trusting in God, relax in His security.
However, they were written so that you could come to believe that Jesus is the Christ, the son of God, and that by doing so you would have life through his name. John 20:31
“Truly, truly, I say to you, He who hears my word and believes in him who sent me has everlasting life and shall not be put to shame, but is passed from death unto life,” John 5:24
2. According to the Bible, abide in the protection of the Lord Jesus.
“My sheep hear my voice, I know them, and they follow me.” John 10:27
If you love me, obey what I command. John 14:15
3. Be willing to submit to baptism as a sign of submission to your Lord. “Then they that gladly received his word were baptised: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.” Acts 2:41

“And let us think of one another to provoke to love and good works, not neglecting our meeting together as some do, but exhorting one another; and more so, as you see the day drawing near,” the apostle Paul wrote. 10:24, 25 in Hebrews
4. Read the Bible every single day.
“Desire the sincere milk of the word as a newborn baby, that ye may grow thereby.” 1 Peter 2:2
5. Pray frequently and consistently.
Say “Pray without ceasing.” 5:17 in 1 Thessalonians
Be careful for nothing; instead, make all of your requests known to God in prayer and petition with thanksgiving. And through Christ Jesus, the indescribable peace of God will guard your hearts and minds. 4:6, 7 in Philippians
I urge people to first make supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings for all people. 2:1 in 1 Timothy
6. Spread the Good News alongside others
“And he (the Lord Jesus) said unto them, go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” There is no order to salvation because there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we may be saved, according to Mark 16:15
