Aston Villa Eyes Spain Star Mikel Merino as Top Target
Aston Villa is actively pursuing Mikel Merino, a midfielder for Real Sociedad, as they prepare for the upcoming campaign. Merino has made an impression on many people during the competition.
He replaced Barcelona’s great player Lamine Yamal as he came off the bench for Spain in the latter stages of the Euro 2024 final against England.
The Real Sociedad idol participated in every game that Spain played in the Euros, even scoring the game-winning goal in extra time against the unfortunate hosts, Germany.
