In a heart-wrenching turn of events, a 26-year-old mother named Abigail Nana Amma Fosua was discovered hanged in her room at Gentlemen Road, a suburb of Samreboi in the Amenfi West District of the Western Region. Reports indicate that the suicide was driven by the anguish of a broken heart, allegedly caused by her boyfriend.
According to information gathered by EDHUB, the tragic discovery occurred late in the morning and continued into the afternoon yesterday. The boyfriend of the deceased arrived at her residence and, suspecting something was amiss following their recent conversations, called out to the landlord.
The concerned landlord, who was in his room at the time, accompanied the boyfriend to check on Abigail. To their horror, they found her lifeless body hanging in her room.

The police were promptly notified of the incident. Abigail’s body was retrieved and transported to the mortuary at Samartex Hospital for further investigation. The boyfriend, central to the ongoing investigation, has been invited by the police to assist with their inquiries.
